7 Day Return Guarantee


This guarantee is for a full seven days.

You can return products within that time for any reason, no-questions-asked.

If it has been more than 7 days, unfortunately there are no refunds or exchanges.

(Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis).


To return a product, simply contact Indigo Leaf by email and our friendly customer service representatives

will discuss the issue with you and help provide you with a quick solution.


Then just send the product(s) back and we will process the refund once it is received.

Currently Indigo Leaf does not offers free return shipping to customers.


Indigo Leaf Return Policy

This return policy only applies to retail products purchased directly from IndigoLeaf.ca


One opened bottle of each product is eligible for return: all other returned products must be clean, undamaged, and in the original sealed container for refund.


The HR department at Indigo Leaf will create an RMA number for all approved returns.


The customer will be responsible to pay the return shipping fees associated with delivery back to our depot.

If initial shipping fees were paid – the initial fee will be returned with the full purchase price, (Some exclusions may apply).


Items that are not eligible for return/refund are:

Sample items, Spray extenders, Gift cards, Open bottles of Kaqun water.


If you purchased a program/package that involved a package discount and you are not returning the whole package/program, the discounted price is thereby forfeited and any items not returned will be reassessed at the undiscounted individual product price, and the refund amount adjusted accordingly.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without obtaining a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number first.

Return Procedure


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Late (missing) refunds


If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. (Typically, up to 30 days, depending on the original method of payment).

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

As stated above, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on what province you live in, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
